Trisha Kar Madhu did her schooling and college from Calcutta and completed her degree from Ashutosh College. She started working as a model and worked with different brands and designers. Apart from walking on the ramps, she also did a couple of commercial ads. Soon she got the chance to act in Bengali films that commenced her acting career. She also headed towards Bhojpuri films. She appeared in a couple of music videos and Bhojpuri songs. Some of these include the songs of Rakesh Mishra and Neelkamal Singh.
Some of these are Raja Tani Jai Na Bhaariya, and Laika Tohre Ke Papa Kahta to name a few. She also got the chance to work in a Bhojpuri TV show starting with the one called Hum Hai Hindustani.
